ABOUT RICK SHARPE
Rick describes himself as a man on a mission; to raise awareness about emotional struggle in men and to help others suffering emotionally. Rick’s vision is to impact millions suffering from depression, anxiety and relationship problems in a relatable way and to inspire men to be able to express their emotions and ask important questions which allows them to listen to the truth, vulnerably and mindfully.
Rick who had a powerful wake-up call after a relationship breakup and going into a deep depression, wants to demonstrate that it is possible to heal from a break up and transform your own life. He reflects on his learnings and transformation to help others either move on from unhealthy relationships or to become happier within a relationship.

I am a trained Master Life Coach, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness Facilitator and blogger about how men struggle with mental health. In also promote the benefits of open and honest communication as well as the benefits of maturity and what that can bring to your life. The main messages of the book are “You are not alone” when it comes to struggling with mental health, “We need to break the silence” when it comes to giving people who are struggling a voice and finally “It’s never too late in life to transform and re-invent yourself.”
