The first and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. Our past experiences have shaped the person we are now. But that doesn't mean that defines us, and it doesn't mean we can't ditch those habits or negative beliefs that really don't work anymore.
By having a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are more able to create much better relationships with others in our world, whether personal, romantic, or professional.

Danni and I discuss child sexual abuse, she was a childhood victim of sexual violence from a member of her family. But kept that hidden for many, many, many years, as so many survivors do. She believes that the average age to disclose actually is about 48. With many people tending to sit on it for a long, long, long time before before telling others. She sees it now as her mission to help other people to realize that they're not alone. One in five of us have perhaps been subjected to sexual violence as a child. And there are many out there. She thinks her role now is about making other people realize that we're certainly not alone.

I am Danielle Downey, The Rapid Transformation Coach, Speaker, author and campaigner.
I help people to begin thriving after surviving. So many of us face challenge and adversity which can leave us feeling stuck, exhausted and unconfident. I help my clients to step into their unique power and begin a journey towards loving, healing and feeling.
As a qualified domestic abuse advocate with many years in the domestic abuse industry I support those living with domestic abuse to feel safe and take steps towards leaving, if they choose. i offer support with court and divorce matters, signposting and empowering client's. I work alongside the Police to offer consultancy and encourage those suffering from domestic abuse. or sexual violence to stay safe and get help.
I wrote my book in order to share with survivors of childhood sexual abuse that they are not alone.
