The first and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. Our past experiences have shaped the person we are now. But that doesn't mean that defines us, and it doesn't mean we can't ditch those habits or negative beliefs that really don't work anymore.

By having a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are more able to create much better relationships with others in our world, whether personal, romantic, or professional.

Tiffany O'Hearn is an Advanced Functional Breathing Instructor - Life and Breath

Our bodies are incredible, as it does so much without us even having to think about it.  Our hearts beat, our liver and kidneys function without any thought or conscious thought or action from us. And we automatically breathe!

But, are we breathing in the best way to support us? I don’t think we do! Neither does my podcast guest today, Tiffany.  She explains the importance of breathing for our metabolic needs. Whether you need to to be calm, to run for a jog, or for sleep.

 By paying attention to our breath and breathing intentionally we can support ourselves much better.

Tiffany also explains why we should breathe thought our noses, and not our mouths!

Tiffany O’Hearn is a  mother, partner, daughter, friend.  She is a Nutrition, Fitness, and Advanced Functional Breathing Coach with Oxygen Advantage, and podcaster.  Today, she finds herself more drawn to helping people via the power of breath.  A whole-body approach to wellness, and given the breath is so vital to our existence it's a unique area to work.    


When Tiffany is not helping people, she can be found with her daughter Lucy who is the light of her life, or lost in the woods with her partner Kara, or making people laugh with her wit and humour.
