The first and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. Our past experiences have shaped the person we are now. But that doesn't mean that defines us, and it doesn't mean we can't ditch those habits or negative beliefs that really don't work anymore.
By having a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are more able to create much better relationships with others in our world, whether personal, romantic, or professional.

Karen Bashford AKA The Manifesting Lady
Karen has experienced 2 abusive and traumatic relationships, which has lead her to discovering why some women, are more prone to abuse and trauma, than others. She now uses her knowledge and skills to educate women, how the past affects their present reality. As a change mentor and energy healer, she releases them from the shackles of their past to powerfully manifest and influences their future, to be happy and fulfilled in all areas of their lives.
CONTENT
Domestic abuse is not only physical, it can be psychological, emotional, sexual, financial or verbal. Some of these behaviours can be so subtle that we can be fooled into believing we are to blame. As a result of the abuse, Karen developed an auto-immune disease. Finally, she realised that she had to leave the relationship, and began to heal from the experience. For the past 10 years, Karen has been helping women to lead happy and fulfilled lives.
BIO
Karen Bashford, as a survivor of two abusive and traumatic relationships, after what appeared to be a normal happy childhood, empowers women to become influential leaders, by releasing them from the shackles of the past, which have held them stuck.
In gaining more confidence, time, money, and peace of mind, they demonstrate how powerful they are, creating a ripple effect at home, and within their work environment which expands into the world in general.
For the last 10 years, Karen has combined her psychic abilities as an Energy Healer, and Tarot Reader together with her coaching skills to rapidly and effectively change the lives of hundreds of women.
Karen knows how unconscious bias and limiting beliefs along with the ancestral, generational, and present energy of every relationship, can affect the ability to create a happy, healthy, wealthy life in loving relationships.
Starting her professional career in banking choosing redundancy after 20 years, she became a Financial Adviser. But upon divorcing her husband Karen changed direction to work as a Personal Assistant, later setting up a successful secretarial business.
However, her holistic and psychic skills, lead Karen to train as a Hypnotherapist and “NLP” Neuro-Linguistic Program Facilitator.
Karen uses a three-pronged approach in her work to empower women… Education – In the past and present women have been controlled and manipulated by cultural and social programming, to the point where they actively participate, because they don’t know how to be the Change – There is no better time than now to throw off the shackles of the past to actively make choices which influences how women are accepted and received in the world. With freedom from the past women are capable of powerfully Manifesting, a lifestyle which serves all equally, through demonstrating unity and harmony, rather than separation and conflict.
