The first and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. Our past experiences have shaped the person we are now. But that doesn't mean that defines us, and it doesn't mean we can't ditch those habits or negative beliefs that really don't work anymore.
By having a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are more able to create much better relationships with others in our world, whether personal, romantic, or professional.

About Anika
Hi, I’m Anika Vassell and I have over 20 years of experience working with children and young people from a variety of backgrounds. My experience spans from working as an ‘outstanding’ specialist teacher of PSHE & Psychology at the top performing secondary school to working with young offenders after studying for my Masters degree in Forensic (Criminal) Psychology.
The adolescent years are the next major phase in development, following the 0-5 years and it is a turbulent time for many families.
I offer ‘No Blame – No Judgement’ solution-focused support to parents.
