'The better you know yourself, the better your relationship with the rest of the world'

- Toni Collette

The first and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. Our past experiences have shaped the person we are now. But that doesn't mean that defines us, and it doesn't mean we can't ditch those habits or negative beliefs that really don't work anymore.

By having a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are more able to create much better relationships with others in our world, whether personal, romantic, or professional.

My guests come from varied backgrounds and share their stories and experiences. Maybe similar to yours, or giving you a different perspective.

So why not sit down, grab a cuppa and choose one of the episodes to listen to.

About Louisa

Louisa worked as a family law solicitor for 10 years before qualifying as a family mediator in 2012.  This was a huge turning point as Louisa saw the value in family mediation and what it could achieve and in 2013 set up her own family mediation practice, LKW Family Mediation, and now just practises as a family mediator.

She loves working with couples who have separated to help them find a resolution that is tailor made to them and their family.  She also enjoys helping couples by giving them the tools to better communicate with each other moving forwards.  This is hugely important where the couple involved have children.

She also acts as a PPC (Professional Practising Consultant) supervising and mentoring other mediators and offers various different training to other practitioners working with divorcing and separating couples
