The first and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. Our past experiences have shaped the person we are now. But that doesn't mean that defines us, and it doesn't mean we can't ditch those habits or negative beliefs that really don't work anymore.

By having a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are more able to create much better relationships with others in our world, whether personal, romantic, or professional.

Lisa shares how she feels that women over 40 are the ones that tend to get stuck. They've gotten to that stage in their life,  where they wonder who they really are. Perhaps along the way they have lost their identity, their body shape changes. Her ethos really is that health has to underpin everything that we do. So as a personal trainer, I'm a health and wellbeing coach and a craniosacral therapist, she helps women who are overstretched feel there's more to life, but they're not quite sure how to get it.  Those women who feel a bit trapped in their relationships or in their career, or their families.  How does she do it? Listen in.


Lisa is passionate about helping women to re-evaluate their beliefs.  Their work together results in huge increases in confidence, energy, and motivation.  She coaches women to pursue their dreams without feeling like they’re letting anyone down, or being selfish and helping them to get that clarity on what they really want their life to be like.

Having worked in the Corporate world for 15 years, as well as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Therapist and Coach in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years, Lisa has immense experience of understanding people their habits, behaviours, and mindset, especially what holds them back and what propels them forward.  

Her personal journey with Imposter Syndrome, Divorce and Single Parenting led her to the world of Professional Speaking and she truly believes that sharing our stories is the first step to healing and transformation.

Lisa also believes wholeheartedly that ‘Health‘ is the most important thing that we own.  

How we see ourselves manifests in our health: lack of energy can manifest as low mood and lead to a detrimental effect on physical, mental and emotional health.  Everything is linked, health is not just about physical fitness or nutrition but how we talk to ourselves inside and how we talk to others outside.  It is all encompassing.

Lisa’s true gift is in uncovering the areas that hold you back. Helping you to see and feel things differently and she does this in an authentic, kind and supportive way.
